Finance and efficiency Treasury backs private borrowing to build health centres
The Treasury has agreed to approve private borrowing as part of a new “NHS Neighbourhood Rebuild programme”, it has announced ahead of the Budget.
The buildings will be delivered with “a combination of public-private partnerships and public investment”, HMT said in a press trail for the Budget.
