What a fantastic summary of the issues - and highlighting that harmed individuals and families need attention - and reminding us that it is not only about learning and improving care for the future - I'm currently co-leading a study called DISCERN looking at how improvements can be make in NHS maternity care in disclosure and discussion with women and families after a harmful event - I am so interested in the development of a harmed care pathway for women and families - how this can be designed, who delivers/provides this, how this is shaped to changing needs of people over time - it would be great to have a longer conversation about this!!! thanks for this great piece Joanne! fantastic!!
