I am with the National Association of Healthcare Quality in the US. We surveyed our 18,000 members and CPHQs with a similar question about their value during the pandemic. 41% said their roles were more important during the pandemic. We did not go into the depth of discovery that you did. Would you be willing to share your survey questions with me/us? It would be interesting to conduct the same/similar survey among NAHQ members in the US. I have shared your report with others in our organization. Thank you for your consideration. Thomas J.
