    Conclusion about the PHSO Service. It has been our conclusion that the PHSO exists to give the impression that it provides redress; however, it is fundamentally flawed, not impartial and defensive of its processes and reputation. Do not waist your time with this service which exists only to appease complainants and protect the services. We ceased the PHSO investigation after 4 years of 'smoke and mirrors' and a complete lack of regard for the truth. My advise it pursue other avenues and give the PHSO a wide birth!
