Summary

Derek Richford’s grandson Harry died in November 2017 at just a week old. Since Harry’s death, Derek has worked tirelessly to uncover the truth about what happened at East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust (EKHUFT) to cause Harry’s death. 

In a blog published on the Making Families Count website, Derek explores some aspects of how the family's complaints were handled.
