perbinder 2 Posted 22 February, 2023 I am a surgeon on the south coast and I train healthcare staff in PS and HF. I want to collaborate with healthcare staff - NHS and non-NHS looking into culture, behaviours and conflict and their links to PS. It is very early stages at the moment and looking for people who would want to collaborate. I have approached a few places for funding. 1 reactions so far Patient_Safety_Learning 100 Posted 27 February, 2023 Hi @perbinder thank you for posting. @Claire Cox might be able to help share your request among relevant networks. 0 reactions so far JonathanK 0 Posted 3 April, 2023 @perbinder Am happy to collaborate 0 reactions so far Emma W 0 Posted 21 April, 2023 @perbinder I would be happy to know more before committing (independent provider of NHS Services) 0 reactions so far Avashinee 0 Posted 20 May, 2023 @perbinderI would be interested, would like to know more 0 reactions so far Pramjit 0 Posted 13 July, 2023 @perbinder I would be interested in this. 0 reactions so far Rosanna Hunt 0 Posted 20 July, 2023 How is this going? I am wondering if you'd considered using SenseMaker to explore culture and behaviours as part of the research project - see the blog below which explains the potential for using this tool to improve patient safety. There are a couple of other organisations I am in touch with who are also looking for funding for similar projects. I am sure they would be interested in collaborating. 0 reactions so far Tom Rose 3 Posted 25 July, 2023 I am a Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham and through my research I am working on a roadmap for better patient safety in healthcare, particularly the NHS. I would love to collaborate with this group. The topics of culture, behaviours and conflict and their links to PS play a large part in my roadmap. I can provide draft details for discussion and review by this group. 0 reactions so far perbinder 2 Posted 25 July, 2023 @Tom Rose @Rosanna Hunt @JonathanK @Pramjit @Avashinee @Emma W I am sorry I have not followed this up. Please get in touch with me at [email protected] or my LinkedIn profile www.linkedin.com/in/perbindergrewal. I am very interested in how behaviours and culture impacts on PS.
