On November 29, 1999, the Institute of Medicine released a report called To Err is Human: Building a Safer Health System, the report reviewed the status of patient safety in the US and UK, 20 years on and the NHS have released The NHS Patient Safety Strategy.
Within the newly developed strategy, the NHS has three strategic aims that will support the development of patient safety culture & a patient safety system.
This virtual conference will discuss the 2020, COVID-19 response best practice, along with some national policy insights and international trends.
