HSIB blog: New opportunities for risk management (10 January 2023)

In this blog, Jonathan Back, Intelligence Analyst at the Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch (HSIB), looks at the opportunities the healthcare system has to adopt proactive risk management to improve patient safety. He highlights that understanding the value of different perspectives may provide new opportunities for improvement if applied across the health and care system.
