    Hi, Yes that's correct. With DOACs, I was interested in knowing if anywhere uses 10mg rivaroxaban or 2.5mg BD apixaban in patients who refuse prophylactic LMWH Thanks Nikitha

    If patients refuse LMWH with/without capacity - should they be offered the option to have low dose DOACs? Does any hospitals do this in practice routinely?
