Going through the same ET process now after dismissal from the NHS in 2022 - could barely get a document from their 32-strong legal team until late-2024, and then full of redactions etc.
The ET system itself is biased and abusive/corrupt against LiP's - makes it so much harder.
The NHS is riddled with bullying and incompetence - workplace abuse is one of the worst forms of trauma a person can go through - then abused by lawyers in litigation - and if you're really unlucky - abused by judges - that's why they cover it up.
Countless NHS retaliation cases - and the recent Post Office scandal a further reminder of the effect it can have on individuals.
