    I have been a theatre nurse foe approximately 12 years and a team leader for 4 years. I am passionate about patient safety and have implemented good practice in maternity theatres. I have recently left the NHS and will be joining the private sector Healthcare. Joining this hub will mean I can stay upto date with new evidence based protocols and recommendations.

    I am a theatre nurse in the UK, on many occasions I heard some anaesthetists and surgeons from different specialities make condescending remarks about gynae practice. Gynae lists would most likely be the first theatre lists to be cancelled if needed to.
