It took me 2 days to read the report, it was so distressing, the experiences of families was truly awful. However, my later reflection made me wonder about the experiences of staff, and I wonder if we need a two prong response to absolutely make sure that all staff experience a great working environment so that service users get great care. For me, the need to create and sustain a psychologically safe environment is paramount to addressing some of the issues. Mel Newton RN- Posted
