I have read the core standard, could not find pain management guidance for dementia clients, pain assessment and treatment is very challenging in this group of clients. which guideline the nurses will be following, training opportunities are not available for nurses working in nursing home, i never had pain management training since 2007 been working in nursing home .- Posted
