    Why are they even looking at “percentages”. This was a major factor tge avoidable deaths of mothers and babies in the Telford and Shropshire maternity scandals. How many more scandals and deaths will be caused because of “percentages”. What a woman wants is a birth that is as physically and psychologically as easy as possible whether it’s a vaginal birth or c section. Its should always be a woman’s choice. Percentages have NO place in childbirth.
