Two recent experiences - I’m a mother - adult son referred and waited 18mnths to be seen . Got to appointment to be told that this service is no longer funded so please contact your gp to ask for a referral I’m a surgeon , accepted a routine referral from go for a now 5 year old child 14 months ago - saw him yesterday , the system somehow forgot him . The opd appts team ( although electronic system ) hadn’t noticed he’d waited so long )- Posted
