About the author

Jordan is the Serious Incident, Quality Improvement and Governance Lead for Milton Keynes Mental Health and Central and North West London NHS Trust. He started his patient safety career at East of England Ambulance Service, embedding learning from incidents across the Trust, where he also started the podcast ‘EEAST General Broadcast’. He’s an experienced comms professional, having worked for the ambulance service, East Anglian Air Ambulance and Bedfordshire Police in their press offices, and has a background in Drama and Education. He’s passionate about working with teams to improve safety culture, and looking outside healthcare to find ideas and solutions to challenges we face.
