The attached patient survey has been shared by Jonathan Lord, a Consultant Gynaecologist at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. It is given to all patients who attend their ambulatory clinic for a gynaecology procedure.
Their procedures include:
- Hysteroscopy
- MVAs (uterine evacuation for abortion and miscarriage)
- Ablations
- IUD/coil removals and fittings
- Z-plasty (vulval revision)
- Bartholin’s cyst/abscess procedures.
The feedback is used to review and improve the service provided.
