    Summary

This study is part of a Master’s dissertation in Service Design Innovation at Loughborough University London. The project explores how primary prevention for substance use is currently delivered in Hackney and other Councils, focusing on the role of the Council and its partnerships with service providers and the National Government. The study aims to identify current gaps in policy, delivery, and data sharing, and propose improvements that could inform public health strategies across the UK. This research is part of a Master’s dissertation and is not funded by any organisation
