Summary
Patient Experience in England rounds up twelve months of reporting, and summarises key findings. As well as a review of the national patient surveys, this thematic overview of recent research draws out cross-cutting learning on matters such as online engagement, patient safety and the evidence-practice gap in patient experience.
"Listening to patients should not be seen as a chore, or a tick box" says Shaun Lintern in the foreword to this year's Patient Experience in England report.
