Summary

Our Health Our Knowledge (OHOK) is a short web-based course developed by patients and GPs to help people make healthcare choices. OHOK is available in English and Welsh, is free to use and is backed by the Royal College of General Practitioners, the Welsh Value in Health Centre/Canolfan Gwerth mewn lechyd Cymru, Realistic Medicine and the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges.

Content

Our Health Our Knowledge has nine sections with before and after quizzes so that you can check how much you have learned. Each section gives you a choice to move backwards or forwards, or to explore the topic in more depth. The sections are:

  3. Chances
  4. Patterns of illness
  5. Health screening
  6. What to believe?
  7. Conflicts and biases
  8. Making health choices
  9. Living better until the end
