Summary
Storytelling gives a voice to patients and staff as well as providing an opportunity for others to understand the importance of patient safety from the perspectives of those that access services or work within them.
This toolkit was developed by the National Quality and Patient Safety Directorate in Ireland which works in partnership with health services, patient representatives and other partners to improve patient safety and quality of care. It provides a step by step guide to creating patient and staff stories.
