Gill developed Whose Shoes?® as a tool to allow people to 'walk in other people's shoes'. Through a wide range of scenarios and topics, Whose Shoes?® helps groups explore many of the concerns, challenges and opportunities facing the different groups affected by the transformation of health and social care.

Alice discusses how she adapted Whose Shoes?® for a new audience. She also talks about the initial findings of her study, which include the men involved becoming more concerned, caring and aware of the impact of their behaviour and attitudes on their spouses.
