Summary

A Patient Safety Incident Investigation (PSII) is the most in depth and complex of the learning response tools under the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF). The George Eliot Hospital has created a condensed, bespoke PSII patient information booklet which we would like to share if anyone would find it useful to support meaningful engagement and involvement of people affected by patient safety incidents.
