During 2021-22, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic continued to put intense pressure on healthcare services and required HIW to adapt its processes and approach to its work. This report outlines how HIW introduced new ways of working to ensure it discharged its statutory functions, whilst being as flexible and adaptable as possible to avoid putting undue pressure on health services. The report describes HIW's progress against its four strategic priorities:

- To develop our people and our organisation to do the best job possible
