Summary
In March 2024 the Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman (NIPSO) brought together a range of voices to help look at ways of improving patient safety and public trust in our health and social care system.
With a keynote address from Sir Robert Francis KC, the conference looked at issues such as how to build an open learning culture, and how to design systems which have the interests of patients at their core.
