Contributions to this paper were captured from 42 participating organisations through a 50-item survey designed by the Institute’s Experience Leaders Circle. The reveals six reasons why a dedicated experience effort, and a structure to support it, are essential to becoming a provider of choice. The study concludes with seven positive outcomes important for healthcare executives to consider.
