Summary
In the August newsletter, Judy Walker talks about the demands on the AAR Conductor and how hierarchy, biases, projection and previous personal experiences can all serve to stretch and challenge the AAR facilitators’ behaviours and own psychological safety in some way. This can have a negative impact on the quality of the facilitation and the outcomes achieved as well as on the well-being of the Conductor.
Judy looks at two of the challenges: biases and unconscious processes.
