Summary

On the 20 January 2023 the Health and Social Care Select Committee published a reported with reviewed the progress that the UK Government has made in implementing the recommendations of the Independent Medicines and Medical Devices Safety Review, sometimes referred to as the Cumberlege Review. This paper sets out the UK Government’s response to the recommendations set out in this report.
