About the author

CATA is an alliance of healthcare organisations including doctors, nurses, paramedics and allied health professionals representing around 65,000 healthcare workers as a core participant in module 3 of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry.

David Osborn is a health and safety consultant, having been in practice for 30 years.
