Patient safety poster: Air flow meters

Summary

The unintentional connection of a patient requiring oxygen to an air flowmeter is listed by the NHS as a 'Never Event'. The patient safety notice poster below (and attached for better viewing) has been developed by Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust, to help raise awareness among staff and prevent future errors.
