International Civil Aviation Organization: Annex 19 Safety Management 1st edition (23 September 2013)

Summary

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) High-level Safety Conference (HLSC) held in 2010 provided the impetus for the development of a new Annex dedicated to Safety Management. 

An Annex dedicated to safety management will re-enforce the role played by the State in managing safety at the State level, stressing the concept of overall safety performance in all domains, in coordination with service providers.
