Summary

The Safety Attitudes Questionnaire (SAQ) was developed in the US with funding from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.

It is commonly used to assess healthcare workers' perceptions of patient safety related attitudes in various clinical areas and healthcare settings.
