Supporting mental health during Covid-19: a brief guide (June 2020)

Summary

It’s just as important to look after our mental health as it is our physical health. There are simple steps we can take to do this for ourselves and for other people. This short guide, from the Centre for Mental Health, provides practical tips about mental health at this time.

Also attached is a PowerPoint presentation, looking at the impact of the pandemic on mental health, those most at risk of poor mental health and what would help to prevent or address difficulties.
