Event details
Join Public Policy Projects for a focused breakfast discussion on how integrated care is moving from strategy to delivery, as systems are under pressure to improve outcomes, productivity, and access simultaneously. Leaders in attendance will discuss what works at the place/neighbourhood and system level. This session will also examine how integrated health organisations (IHOs) can accelerate progress towards the ambitions of the NHS 10-Year Health Plan.
Key themes include enabling place-based decision-making, strengthening neighbourhood teams, and embedding prevention and early intervention into everyday practice. Discussion will focus on the key enablers of success, including shared governance, data and digital integration, joint workforce planning, and strong system leadership, as well as the challenges of delivering meaningful integration across diverse communities.
This is a timely opportunity to share learning and consider how integrated care can translate national ambitions into measurable local impact.
This session will be held under the Chatham House Rule, meaning that the content of the discussion can be reported, but no contributions can be attributed to any individual or organisation.
The invite is available to all public sector professionals and PPP partners only.
