DESCRIPTION:\n	Join Public Policy Projects for a focused breakfast discu
	ssion on how integrated care is moving from strategy to delivery\, as syst
	ems are under pressure to improve outcomes\, productivity\, and access sim
	ultaneously. Leaders in attendance will discuss what works at the place/ne
	ighbourhood and system level. This session will also examine how integrate
	d health organisations (IHOs) can accelerate progress towards the ambition
	s of the NHS 10-Year Health Plan. \n\n\n\n	Key themes include enabling pl
	ace-based decision-making\, strengthening neighbourhood teams\, and embedd
	ing prevention and early intervention into everyday practice. Discussion w
	ill focus on the key enablers of success\, including shared governance\, d
	ata and digital integration\, joint workforce planning\, and strong system
	 leadership\, as well as the challenges of delivering meaningful integrati
	on across diverse communities. \n\n\n\n	This is a timely opportunity to s
	hare learning and consider how integrated care can translate national ambi
	tions into measurable local impact. \n\n\n\n	This session will be held un
