Join this online event on learning across boundaries in patient safety, hosted by the Safety Incident Response Accreditation Network (SIRAN) and the Invited Review Service (IRS) at the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ College Centre for Quality Improvement (CCQI).
Cost: Free for staff working in a SIRAN member organisation, £80 for all other attendees.
The event will cover a range of key note presentations including what we mean by learning, embedding quality in patient safety and looking beyond PSIRF with other learning tools in the devolved nations.
