	rk (SIRAN) and the Invited Review Service (IRS) at the Royal College of Ps

	ther attendees.\n\n	\n\n	The event will cover a range of key note presenta
	tions including what we mean by learning\, embedding quality in patient sa
	fety and looking beyond PSIRF with other learning tools in the devolved na
	tions.\n\n\n\n	Who is this event for?\n\n\n\n	This meeting has been specif
	ically designed for those in patient safety specialist roles and leadershi
