Nasogastric tube (NGT) safety has been a pressing issue for over two decades, with the first Patient Safety Alert (PSA) issued back in 2005, drawing attention to the dangers of misplaced NGTs.

Despite subsequent alerts, reports, and detailed studies — including an investigation by the Health Service Safety Investigation Body (HSSIB) in 2020 — little progress has been made, and misplaced NGTs still rank high on the list of Never Events.

Now is the time for change.

This free webinar we will discuss the latest developments and actionable strategies to address these ongoing challenges.
