Patient safety is not a single absolute. This ICONS webinar will explore how safety can be regarded as a patient centred, relative concept whose understanding is essential for robust informed consent processes. It will also focus on how surgeons share decisions with patients, and how patients in turn share their decision with others outwith the clinic.
