Community PostThanks for raising this. Yes, we do see some catheter-related VTE cases, especially in higher-risk patients. We’re trying to reduce them by improving line care and reviewing how long catheters are kept in place.

Community PostGood decision to refer her on. The fact that the clot developed 2 months post-op and in the other leg raises questions, so the thrombosis team will give the safest guidance.
