About me
I'm one of the Medication Safety Support Managers for a large NHSFT which provides in-patient and community care for patient with mental and physical health conditions.

I wasn't aware of the hub until someone I know had an article published which they shared on FB.
It looks like an opportunity to share learning between those of us whose role is patient safety focused and also some individual learning from attending events
