Hello my name is Jayne.
I am the band 4 for EKHUFT's falls prevention team.
The Fallstop campaign was designed to help prevent falls within our trust.
My role is too ensure all ward based staff are competent in inpatient falls and harm prevention, as well as ensuring they are competent in the Trust’s post fall protocol/policy in line with NICE guidelines.
This involves lots of teaching, support and advice.
