About me
I am a Family Liaison Officer with Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group. My role involves supporting patients and families, helping them understand and navigate concerns, and ensuring their experiences are heard and shared appropriately within the organisation. I am a registered nurse with experience in gynaecology, oncology, early pregnancy care, community nursing, wound care and palliative care. I am joining the Patient Safety Learning Hub to develop my knowledge, learn from others and contribute a patient and family perspective to discussions about safer care.
