I am dual registered Nurse / Midwife spending over 25 years predominantly in Midwifery before moving to a sub Board level nursing position and leading on Patient Safety clinical issues Trust wide. I am now Patient Safety Lead for four main national work streams : Maternity & Neonatal, Deteriorating Patient, Safe Medicines and Adopt & Share ( looking at PReCePT, Em Laparotomy, COPD & ED checklists)
