Patient Safety and Quality Lead working in Coventry and Warwickshire ICB. My role envolves around the overall quality of patients and users experiences and safety. I work closely with our local acute providers and collaborate across the system with system partners and colleugues. Myself and my team of colleugues support and advise both internally to the ICB and with our partners on all aspects relating to the services delivered and planned developments.
