I am committed as a leader to influencing and ensuring we always 'think and act patient safety' in our organisation. We will not work in isolation and we will share learning and contribute where appropriate to supporting others to be even better and develop effective partnerships in our community. Where we get things wrong we will be transparent and encourage people to speak up so we continuously learn and improve. I have joined the hub to champion the need for standards for patient safety that we can be measured on and make a difference to the outcomes of the lives of people in our care while supporting our people to be the best they can be.
