About me
I am a Patient Safety Partner for the Trust that looked after my aged father who had Dementia. The experience that my father and our family underwent has provided a wealth of lived information that can assist others to have safe and effective service from the Trust. I believe it a priviledge and responsibility to be in this role and wish to perform it to the best of my abilities. I am hoping that this hub will play a role in achieving this.
