About me
I am the Lead Anticoagulation pharmacist at UHBW and have recently taken on an extra working day as VTE Deputy Lead to help improve our VTE prophylaxis in the Trust. I completed my prescribing in anticoagulation in AF and am the lead for the warfarin clinic at the BRI.
I am relatively new to management and having a lot of clinical queries come to me so being part of the network will be really useful!
