About me
I am currently the lead pharmacist for thrombosis and anticoagulation at the Royal United Hospital, Bath. I lead a team of three specialist nurses and work closely with the consultant haematologist lead for the Trust. Together we promote best practice in regards to VTE prevention across the Trust, investigate hospital associated VTE, provide education and training, run a dedicated cancer associated thrombosis clinic, and a general thrombosis clinic.
