Hi,

I have a strong interest in patient safety and clinical effectiveness. I oversee all incidents in my hospital and lead meetings to understand factors that led to those incidents. I am also involved in spreading the learning outcome and would like to learn more about how to improve and make changes, reduce risks and incidents in a constructive manner, without scaring staff or upsetting patients.
